Standard Shipping Information

I aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-4 business days but dispatch times may be longer at busy times of year, Courier Tracked orders and 1st class postage will be prioritised. If you need your item sooner, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to assist.

I offer FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on all orders over £25 and free standard international shipping on all orders over £60! UK postage on orders below £25 varies depending on item size, weight and shipping method selected. Postage for your whole order is calculated at checkout.

All orders are packaged and shipped completely plastic free, using colourful paper bags, tissue paper and reusable cardboard packing boxes. I even use fantastic kraft paper tape to seal.

Please ensure that your address is correct as I cannot be held responsible for shipping costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information.

USA Shipping

The US government has removed the de minimis exception, meaning that any order (regardless of total cost) is now subject to delivery duty tariffs. US shipping costs have been increased to include these costs so that your order will be sent 'Delivery Duty Paid'. This will mean that you will not be required to pay any additional import fees on delivery of your order. 

USA Tracked shipping generally takes around 7 working days but there may be delays due to these recent customs changes.

International Shipping excl USA

For international postage (excluding USA), please note that any import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Standard international shipping generally takes between 1 and 3 weeks. Express shipping can be arranged on request.

What should I do if my item has not arrived

Please contact me if your item has not arrived after 10 working days (UK deliveries) or 20 working days (International deliveries) of your dispatch notification so that I can investigate.
