How do I shop with you if I live in Europe or other areas of the world?
I currently only ship to the UK, Australia, Canada & USA through my website - but I offer shipping to more worldwide locations through my Etsy shop at www.etsy.com/shop/tandbelle

My enamel pins have tarnished over time, how can I make them shiny again?
Your enamel pins can be polished with a jewellery cloth to remove any tarnishing and make the metal beautiful and shiny again.

How do I remove my metal locking clasp?
My metal locking clasps help to keep your pins safe and secure as they don't slip off as easily as rubber clasps can. To remove your metal clasp, simply hold the base (the end nearest the pin back) and pull the sprung flat disk on top of the clasp out. This releases the lock and allows the metal clasp to be removed.
